  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define scalable digital solutions
  • Develop current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) process models and recommend optimized workflows
  • Produce high-quality analysis artifacts, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, gap analyses, and process documentation
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions and support roadmap planning, MVP definition, and quick-win opportunities
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment
  • Work independently with stakeholders across business units to define requirements and drive alignment
  • Support Agile delivery by refining backlogs, grooming user stories, and participating in sprint ceremonies
  • Collaborate on integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production releases, and post-deployment support
  • Partner with CMS teams to enhance content management capabilities, authoring workflows, and user experiences
  • Work with application teams to define requirements for APIs, integrations, backend services, and system interactions
  • Define and document workflows and integrations across enterprise platforms (such as ServiceNow, marketing systems, operational tools)
  • Support privacy, compliance, and data governance initiatives, including GDPR processes and integrations with consent management platforms such as OneTrust
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring delivered solutions drive business value and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience working with enterprise content management systems (AEM experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong process-analysis skills and experience with multiple requirements discovery techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across organizational levels, including senior leadership
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, web ecosystems, and system integrations
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa
  • Proven ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience documenting complex business processes and system interactions
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and execute under tight timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related STEM field
