Production Glass Handler – Baldwin, GA

Starting Pay: $18.39/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Overtime Available)

Join our team at a leading windows manufacturing facility in Baldwin, GA! We’re looking for a reliable Production Glass Handler to support our glass department and help keep our production moving safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, and move glass according to order specifications.
• Sort and stage glass correctly for the next step in production.
• Inspect glass for defects and maintain accurate counts.
• Follow all safety policies and communicate any glass‑related issues to supervisory staff.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Comfortable lifting and moving glass up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive physical tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment

• Exposure to temperature changes and consistent noise levels above 85 dB.
• Requires standing for extended periods and wearing required PPE.
