Tasks and Requirements
This role combines concept, art direction, and execution. You will collaborate with more art directors, content creators, community managers and the rest of the social media team to build and nurture online social media content. You must be able to work as part of a team, but also fly solo.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage the content calendar, making sure every piece fits into a bigger narrative.
Come up with original content ideas, formats, and campaigns (not just trends)
Design and produce content yourself (static, motion, video, etc.)
Experiment with new styles, formats, and creative approaches (including IA)
Content creation, including photo shoot & video production (with Iphone)
Work closely with community managers & content creators to ensure a seamless integration of visuals and messaging.
Manage project timelines, ensuring that creative assets are delivered on schedule.
Skills and Abilities
Creative thinker + ideas person.
Ability to both ideate and execute
Comfortable owning a creative vision and pushing it forward
Have experience creating content for social media, using a mobile phone, microphone, and imagination. Experience handling a camera or other recording equipment is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (focus on After Effects)
Have a keen eye for detail and art direction.
Strong time management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
