About the Role
We are looking for a Design Engineer (Product Manual) to develop and manage product manuals and customer-facing documentation for air conditioning products.
This role focuses on translating technical information into clear, user-friendly product materials to support product launches, after-sales service, and customer understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain product manuals and user documentation (installation, service, and product guides)
Support development of customer-facing product literature for new products and updates
Compile and organize technical data from engineering teams into clear and structured content
Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand for customers and service teams
Design and format materials using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Manage documentation updates, version control, and website uploads
Support Sales and Service teams with product information and documentation needs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of manuals for product launch
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
2–3 years of experience in HVAC or related field (documentation, service, or engineering support)
Basic understanding of air conditioning (HVAC) systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly
Good command of English
