About the Role

We are looking for a Design Engineer (Product Manual) to develop and manage product manuals and customer-facing documentation for air conditioning products.

This role focuses on translating technical information into clear, user-friendly product materials to support product launches, after-sales service, and customer understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain product manuals and user documentation (installation, service, and product guides)

  • Support development of customer-facing product literature for new products and updates

  • Compile and organize technical data from engineering teams into clear and structured content

  • Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand for customers and service teams

  • Design and format materials using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

  • Manage documentation updates, version control, and website uploads

  • Support Sales and Service teams with product information and documentation needs

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of manuals for product launch

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)

  • 2–3 years of experience in HVAC or related field (documentation, service, or engineering support)

  • Basic understanding of air conditioning (HVAC) systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly

  • Good command of English
