Job Description:

• 结合公司业务目标，制定手术室护理项目的规划与实施路线图，构建覆盖各级别的阶梯式教育体系，确保教育内容与临床实践紧密衔接

• 负责手术室护理相关教育项目的全流程管理，包括课程设计讲师团队搭建与管理等，策划并组织多形式教育活动。

• 建立并维护与国内重点医院手术室、护理学会、行业协会及关键意见领袖（KOL）的长期合作关系，推动教育项目的学术认可与落地推广。

• 建立科学的教育项目效果评估体系，持续优化课程内容与教学形式；定期分析教育项目数据，形成评估报告。

• 严格遵守公司合规政策，确保所有教育活动合规开展；负责预算执行与管控，，提升资源利用效率。

• 与内部团队联动，支撑业务团队专业能力提升；

• 完成团队安排的其它事项
