We are now looking for an ambitious talent to join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst. In this role you will support our Sales and Revenue teams by making data easier to understand and processes run more smoothly. You’ll help with reporting, analysis, and day-to-day operations to bring more visibility and consistency across the sales lifecycle. You’ll play an important part in helping the team make better decisions and work more efficiently all while contributing to overall sales success.

 

What You'll Do
  • Support both recurring and ad hoc reporting across key sales metrics, including pipeline, bookings, forecasting, productivity, and overall performance
  • Maintain and validate sales data within CRM and associated systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Assist in the administration and optimisation of core sales processes, including territory alignment, account assignment, quota tracking, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational workflows, system enhancements, and process documentation
  • Analyze sales data trends and generate actionable insights to inform business planning and strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards, presentations, and performance reports for leadership review
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and user acceptance processes related to sales tools and reporting platforms
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring adherence to established processes and controls
  • Provide additional operational support and take on responsibilities as required to meet evolving business needs
 
 What You'll Bring 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in related field
  • Understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail 
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
