What you'll need:

8+ years of progressive experience in Process Design, Business Process Management, Strategic Design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex enterprise platforms.

Proven ability to apply systems thinking and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN) to solve real-world business and operational challenges.
