Summary
As an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) supporting the Watch Product Design (PD) organization, you will join a team of PD EPMs that is responsible for technical project management and assisting engineering development with one of our Watch PD teams. The successful candidate will be a fearless organizer, utilizing a solid Mechanical Engineering background to drive day-to-day activities with the team to meet the top level program objectives. The PD EPM focuses on system-level mechanical engineering design, managing development planning and validation cycles.

Minimum Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent required; BSME Preferred 2+ years prior product development experience in project management or mechanical engineering design Detailed knowledge of product development process and cycles Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals and manufacturing processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interfacing with mechanical engineering/design, operations, and vendors Experience setting up project schedules and work breakdown structures Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and leadership skills. Able to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience Strong interpersonal skills, oriented toward teamwork Self motivated and proactive, demonstrating creative and critical thinking capabilities Understands and able to handle rapid development cycles well; remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity Ability to travel internationally to support builds Any of the following is also a plus: Experience in consumer electronics Experience as a practicing engineer Experience with high-volume manufacturing
