We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking IT Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact programs across Enterprise Architecture, Global Functions (HR, Legal, Compliance), and the SAP Center of Excellence. Based in Bogotá, Colombia (flexwork model), this role operates at the center of a global, matrixed environment—bringing together stakeholders, teams, and partners to drive alignment, deliver enterprise-wide initiatives, and ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with business and technology strategy.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex IT programs across Enterprise Architecture, Global Functions, and the SAP COE portfolio
  • Define program scope, objectives, milestones, success criteria, and value realization metrics in partnership with business and IT leadership
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and release trains, ensuring alignment with the broader enterprise roadmap
  • Partner with senior business and IT leaders globally to shape program vision, secure funding, and maintain strategic alignment
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies across technical and organizational dimensions
  • Develop and manage multi-million-dollar program budgets, including capital and operating expense planning, forecasting, and variance management
  • Manage multiple strategic systems integrators, software vendors, and managed service providers across the program lifecycle

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 or more years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience leading SAP COE operating models, including S/4HANA transformations and build-to-run transitions within a value-stream-aligned delivery model
  • End to end financial responsibility of programs $5M or larger
  • Experience delivering programs in regulated industries (medical device, life sciences, pharma) with familiarity in FDA, GxP, SOX, and GDPR requirements
  • Demonstrated success leading M&A integration, divestiture, or large-scale business transformation programs across global Finance, HR, legal, or compliance

Nice to Have:

  • Master's degree (MBA or technical discipline) and PMP or PgMP certification.
