Job Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Social Worker for its client's Safeguarding Team at Bolton.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Safeguarding Enquiries — Lead Section 42 safeguarding enquiries from triage through to outcome, gathering information, assessing risk, coordinating multi‑agency responses, and ensuring adults are protected in line with statutory duties and Making Safeguarding Personal principles.
- Risk Assessment & Management — Undertake complex risk assessments involving abuse, neglect, coercion, self‑neglect, or exploitation, applying the Mental Capacity Act, developing proportionate protection plans, and ensuring timely escalation where risks increase.
- Multi‑Agency Coordination — Work collaboratively with police, health, providers, housing, and legal services to ensure robust information‑sharing, joint decision‑making, and effective interventions that promote safety, wellbeing, and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
