Role Overview
As the Senior Engineering Operations Program Manager, you will serve as the strategic engine and primary bridge between deep engineering data and executive-level strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering in the Consumer PC team, you will partner with different Engineering teams to ingest, analyze, and synthesize complex technical datasets, project dashboards, and operational metrics.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Establish and govern standardized reporting frameworks across various R&D business units globally. Act as the central gatekeeper for reporting quality, ensuring the broader organization articulates technical ROI consistently.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively analyze engineering operational trends to identify process gaps, resource constraints, or areas of continuous improvement, recommending actionable business changes to engineering leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Executive Presence: Proven track record of interacting with, influencing, and presenting to Director, VP, and Executive-level stakeholders across multiple geographies.

  • Masterful Data Storytelling: Exceptional ability to synthesize raw engineering data, Jira dashboards, and complex technical architectures into highly logical, clean, and visually compelling executive slides.

  • Technical Acumen: Ability to converse fluidly with deep technical engineering teams, understanding concepts across software development, system architecture, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies.

  • Tools: Advanced mastery of presentation tools, data visualization/BI tools, and Agile management platforms.

  • Frameworks: Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum, OKRs, and New Product Development lifecycles.
