本ポジションでは、事業部戦略に基づき、担当マーケット/部門における製品・システム・サービスの営業を担っていただきます。日々、受注拡大、売上、収益性、市場シェア、顧客満足の継続的な向上に向けて、定量・定性双方の営業目標を達成していただきます。

また、新たな販売機会を特定・開拓することで、ご自身の専門性を発揮していただきます。

本ポジションはハイブリッド勤務です。
横浜に拠点を置くB&R、マシン・オートメーション事業部にてご活躍いただきます。

主な責任

  • ABBの提案内容および戦略に基づき、納期・支払条件・契約条件等について顧客と調整・説明を実施

  • 効果的なマーケティング活動を推進し、顧客に対して価値提案を明確に伝達

  • 担当市場における新規ビジネス機会を特定し、その開拓をリード

  • 営業プロセスに関する事務手続きを管理し、必要に応じて入金回収やプロジェクトマネジメント業務を支援

応募資格(Qualifications)

  • 電気、電子、計装、メカトロニクスいずれかの工学分野における学士号(マネジメント系資格があれば尚可)

  • 同業界・同地域における営業経験3~8年(アプリケーション開発経験があれば尚可)

  • 技術営業における高いスキルおよび実績(特に反復性のある製品や複雑な製品環境での販売経験)

  • 高いコミュニケーション力、交渉力、対人スキル

  • 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル(読み書き・会話)

  • 業務上の必要に応じて、最大60%程度の出張が可能な方

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is: #Li_hybrid
This role is contributing to Machine Automation Division(B&R), Automation in Yokohama
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
• Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
• Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Qualifications for the role
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering; a management qualification is a plus.
• 3–8 years of sales experience in the same industry and region; hands-on experience in application development is an added advantage.
• Strong industrial sales skills with proven ability in technology sales, especially in repetitive and complex product environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Japanene (both spoken and written).
• Willing to travel up to 60% as per business requirements.
