Job Description

Join our mission-driven team as a Collections Specialist, where your goal is to humanize the debt resolution process. This isn’t your typical “collections job” - this is a jumping off place for your career.In this role, you will help consumers navigate their way back to financial health by replacing high-pressure tactics with active listening and collaborative problem-solving.

We train & grow our team members - both offering opportunities for advancement & promotion within the Collections team as well as serving as a potential entry point to other teams across our company!
