About the role
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Paid Search Executive to take greater ownership of Google Ads campaign execution, optimization, and analysis. You will work across Search, Performance Max, and Shopping, ensuring campaigns meet ambitious revenue and ROI targets. In addition to hands-on management, this role involves client-facing responsibilities, deeper data analysis, and supporting the development of junior search executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping).
- Conduct advanced keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting strategies.
- Take accountability for day-to-day account performance and KPI achievement (ROAS, CPA, revenue).
- Prepare detailed performance reports and deliver insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Paid Social, Performance, and Feed Management teams for integrated solutions.
- Test and implement new Google Ads features, bidding strategies, and automation tools.
- Guide and mentor junior executives, ensuring quality standards in campaign delivery.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and strategic planning with managers.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid search campaign management, preferably in an agency.
- Expertise with Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping) and strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to grow into a managerial role.
