About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a G&A Allocations Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

G&A Cost Accrual and Allocations

  • Monitor timewriting compliance of the Australia Business Unit (ABU) workforce to ensure the reasonableness of timewriting-based cost allocation.

  • Prepare and record month-end close entries (accruals and amortization) to capture all G&A costs incurred for the month prior to final allocation activities.

  • Handle month-end cost allocation entries, including residual cost clearing, operating reserves, and other related manual journal entries.

Reporting

  • Prepare Labor Cost Analysts report for the month.

  • Perform analysis of cost movements, coordinate for commentaries from various Finance teams, and report findings with ABU Finance WP&B team.

Budget Upload

  • Manage the upload of annual and monthly upload of Budget and Forecasts for ABU

Accounts Reconciliation

  • Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of related accounts.

  • Perform Trace & Escalation procedures for identified reconciling items.

General Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain and update process documentation.

  • Performs roles and responsibilities for assigned coordination roles.

  • Attend team meetings including discussions with key stakeholders.

  • Participate in professional development activities (e.g., training, reading professional materials, attending seminars, participating in self-study courses, interacting with industry counterparts, etc.).

  • Participate in special projects

  • Opportunity to identify and/or lead initiatives (e.g., ESSA, digital) for the team.

  • Ensure adherence to all safety and compliance requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Required Qualifications:

  • BS in Accountancy or BS in Accounting Technology

  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Audit

  • Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

  • Open to shifting schedules


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAP
