Kick start your career in the media industry as a Digital Media Coordinator in our Sydney office. This is a client facing, hands on role where you will work alongside experienced media planners and buyers, supporting the delivery of real digital campaigns for well-known brands. You will learn how to build relationships with clients and how media planning and buying works from the ground up, building strong foundations across digital channels, processes, and platforms. With structured learning, on the job exposure, and clear progression, this role is designed as the first step in a long term media career, with opportunities to grow into a Digital Manager and beyond.

Please note we are unfortunately unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role and require at least 3 years of full working rights in Australia.

This includes:

  • Working collaboratively with internal and external teams, contributing to effective working relationships with our clients, agency partners and media owners

  • Supporting the team in executing and optimising digital campaigns so that we exceed targets for our clients

  • Working with media and creative agencies on ensuring the timely delivery of material, and accurate material instructions

  • Assisting with document preparation including WIP's, post analysis, final buys, contact reports and timeline management

  • Providing support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements, relationships, presentations and reporting

A bit about you:

  • Eagerness to learn and understand how digital campaigns can work and have impact

  • A knack for data and attention to detail; you’ll be extracting insights for reporting and identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns

  • You are tech savvy and a practical thinker, having a natural flair for problem solving

  • You would feel comfortable collaborating with internal teams as well as building relationships with clients

What’s in it for you

  • Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best You’ policy

  • 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company mental health awareness days off per year

  • Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University

  • Save money with great discounts on health insurance, gym membership, buying a car and travel!
