You will focus on the design, integration, and management of complex systems, architectures, processes, and data within company. You will ensure that systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals, supporting innovation and operational efficiency. Professionals in this field collaborate across disciplines to develop robust frameworks, optimize system performance, and implement secure, future-ready solutions for oncology care and treatment planning software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Design & Vision: Responsible for the architectural design and vision of all software solutions related to treatment planning and quality assurance.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to a group of talented architects and system engineers, acting as a technical leader and active participant in the TPS and QA architecture team.
  • Develop Architectural Runway: Develop the architectural runway for various existing and future
  • software applications, taking inputs from Product Management and clinical stakeholders.
  • Domain Expertise & Collaboration: Understand and navigate the complexities of delivering information-guided software for oncology care and treatment. Contribute to product and engineering discussions as a credible expert and advisor on both technical and domain-related issues.
  • Mentorship & External Partnership: Be a supportive guide and mentor for team members (Engineering teams, Product Managers, Product Owners) and help manage external development and research partners where appropriate.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8 years in system architecture, software engineering, or related roles.
    • At least 2 years in a technical leadership position, guiding teams and projects.
    • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or oncology software is highly desirable.
    • Able to work across multiple time zones.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep expertise in system architecture, software integration, and data management.
    • Proven experience with secure, scalable, and reliable system design.
    • Hands-on knowledge of TPS, QA, or oncology care systems is a strong advantage.
    • Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

 

  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin native speaker.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional cross‑cultural communication and collaboration abilities, with strong proficiency in English.
    • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Analytical thinking, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
