JOB TITLE: Senior UX Designer
JOB LOCATION: 208 S Akard St., Dallas, TX 75202
DUTIES: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions, design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetic principles. Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors, develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product, and determine optimal layout, media, and technology based on client requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions, contribute to the design group’s efforts to enhance digital offerings, and independently manage multiple projects. Ensure that designs comply with usability and accessibility standards, create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, and maintain security and documentation standards, including quality and accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes and analyze performance to drive future design improvements. Guide others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Lead moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operate autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction. Wireframe and prototype using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop, and Illustrator; using UX workflow tools including FigJam, Jira, and iTrack. Utilize front-end development fundamentals with hands-on expertise in markup languages and technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, XML, and XHTML.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation wireframing and prototyping using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop, and Illustrator; using UX workflow tools including FigJam, Jira, and iTrack; and utilizing front-end development fundamentals with hands-on expertise in markup languages and technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, XML, and XHTML.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept an additional two (2) years of experience in a related occupation wireframing and prototyping using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop, and Illustrator; using UX workflow tools including FigJam, Jira, and iTrack; and utilizing front-end development fundamentals with hands-on expertise in markup languages and technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, XML, and XHTML.
Our Senior UX Designers earn between $160,000 - $196,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
