Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM). In this role, you will design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications to support enterprise HR and IT processes. You will work across the full application development lifecycle—requirements gathering, solution design, scripting, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow HRSD & ITSM Development
· Design and develop solutions across HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, Lifecycle Events, and Integrations.
· Build and enhance ITSM functionality including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLAs, and CMDB workflows.
· Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, ACLs, and Script Includes.
Platform Development & Configuration
· Develop and maintain custom applications, Service Portal widgets, integrations, and automation using JavaScript, GlideScript, and server/client-side scripting.
· Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party systems.
Platform Support & Optimization
· Support platform upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
· Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
· Maintain documentation including technical designs, configuration guides, and support materials.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
· ServiceNow HRSD or ITSM Implementation Specialist – Strongly preferred.
· Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
· Experience configuring workflows, business rules, Flow Designer, and platform automation.
· Hands-on experience with employee center, HR cases, lifecycle events, SLAs, and ITSM processes.
· Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
