Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets across APAC
- Lead and manage key account teams, ensuring strong customer relationships with strategic OEMs
- Drive business development initiatives, including market expansion and new customer acquisition
- Ensure alignment between regional sales activities and global account strategies
- Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and operations to support customer needs
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing sales organization
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance, and reporting standards
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Extensive experience in sales leadership within the automotive or industrial sector, preferably in APAC
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering sustainable business growth
- Strong understanding of OEM business models, commercial negotiation, and regional market dynamics
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a cross-cultural, matrix organization
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
