The Opportunity:

This role will lead the Benelux (Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands) region marketing function, managing demand generation activities including field, alliance and some channel marketing programmes. You will work closely to build strong, effective relationships across sales, presales, alliance and channel teams to support the execution of marketing plans that drive net-new business, increase share of wallet in existing business and accelerate opportunities.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Northern EMEA Marketing Director and preferably based in Belgium, though other locations in Benelux/ UK may be considered for exceptional applicants. The successful candidate will have strong communication and relationship management skills. You will have the ability to take leadership and project management of the execution of all regional marketing programmes including field and channel with a strong ROI and data lead mindset. You will come with a “roll up your sleeves” and get stuck in mentality.

How you will make an impact:

  • Develop, execute and monitor performance of all regional field marketing plans, with a strong focus on execution 1st class involvement in 3rd party and Commvault lead in-person events.
  • Build scalable demand generation activities using the most effective channels, including email, events, webinars, digital/online etc to drive prospects into and through sales funnel.
  • Ensure great interlock between marketing and sales teams, to create plans and execution that connects with regional priorities and KPI’s.
  • Work with Global and EMEAI marketing colleagues to implement global campaigns to reduce costs and drive economies of scale whilst actively sharing local programs, successes and ideas with your peers in EMEA and beyond
  • Collaborate with channel team/ partner business managers in region as appropriate and support as pertinent to each part with channel marketing programmes.
  • Utilise Salesforce.com, Power BI, Marketo and other tools to measure return on investment and present results to your business and marketing customers
  • Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best methodologies, and serve as advocate and marketing information source for your markets

Who you are:

  • 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing.
  • Preferred background in technology marketing, with favour to cyber security or SaaS.
  • Proven experience in event management and execution.
  • Understanding of channel marketing and experience with working with IT technology resellers and distributors in the Benelux region.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple diverse projects.
  • Understand concepts of Account Based Marketing (ABM) and how to align sales goals with marketing initiatives.
