Project Manager within Concentrix ANZ's offshore Analytics practice, will be responsible for managing the delivery of analytics engagements and leading a team of Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Analytics Consultant, and Reporting Specialist. This role ensure high-quality, timely outputs that meet the expectations of Australian clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end project and delivery management across concurrent analytics workstreams, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery 

  • Provide day-to-day people management, coaching, and performance oversight across the analytics team. Work with onshore Project Managers to ensure commercial health of the projects

  • Maintain clear and structured project documentation, workplans, and delivery tracking

  • Manage upward communication to senior ANZ leadership, providing regular progress updates, risk escalations, and delivery reporting. Manager a diverse set of stakeholders to drive best in breed outcomes

  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, team workflows, and project management practices

  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture across an offshore delivery environment Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure delivery continuity

  • Ensure team outputs meet quality standards and are aligned to client and business objectives
