Your Role:
Collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure the best care possible. .
Providing timely, accurate documentation to meet facility, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
Enhancing your clinical skills and professional development, participating in training sessions and educational opportunities.
Reporting any changes in resident status to the supervising therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Ensuring safe, efficient environments for both residents and staff, contributing to the overall well-being of the facility.
Coordinating treatment goals and providing feedback to rehab aides to ensure residents are receiving the highest standard of care.
What We're Looking For:
Holds an Active COTA license in the state of Alaska.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Has a passion for empowering others and helping them live their best lives.
Is committed to delivering the highest standard of care and continuously improving your skills.
