Job Purpose/Overview
To lead the sub-regional (multiplex countries/sites) Facilities Service Management (FSM) operations as a new service line within MGS to ensure our strategic IFM transformation reaches its full potential.
To ensure the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) transformation benefits and mature the IFM service line in our business.
Support maximizing the value of our strategic partnerships with regional IFM provider to fully unlock the scale of Mars Inc.
FSM is a new service line within MGS and was just recently implemented in Mars.
In the beginning, one main focus is to co-create, implement and codify the sub-regional, country and local FSM processes.
Ongoing responsibility for ensuring delivery of Facilities Services in a high Quality, Efficient and Responsible way driving service excellence through our strategic partners at the local level as part of delivering value on a regional/global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for business partnership. Serves as the Single point of Accountability for performance and delivery of the strategic partners for all local Senior Stakeholders in the segments and functions (e.g. Plant Managers)
Accountable for effective governance and performance reporting of IFM with and to all sites in scope
Support to drive standardization across service portfolio in close x-functional cooperation (CoEs) with HSE, Q&FS, Responsible workplace, Security and SiG (potentially more CoEs needed in future)
Support delivery and sustainability of IFM transformation benefits (5yrs savings roadmap)
Support further implementation and finalize IFM project (linked to MEGA manufacturing IFM program) Support further incremental value with our strategic partners, through e.g. scope extension, improvements in SiG, responsible workplace and/or inclusion and diversity
Job Specifications:
Technical education (Mechanical, electrical, etc.) is preferred
5years+ in Supply / Supply Chain / IFM
Strong organizational skills
Excellent influencing- and interpersonal skills, conflict management, communication and collaboration
Ability to interact and build partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders and partners mainly on site level
A reputation of credibility and integrity within the supply organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of food- and CPG manufacturing and GMP
