The Senior Project Manager – Small Works requires experience with program process implementation to oversee and manage small works projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage governance of a Small Works program
Interface with internal and external clients to ensure successful delivery of program.
Lead and manage small works projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budget with measurement
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Support vendor onboarding and implement vendor management
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies, while driving performance to meet SLA and KPI deliverables
Develop and manage talent with support
Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on small works projects.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
