• 医療用テープ製造作業および加工作業ならびにマシンオペレーション業務
• 医療用関連製品の加工工程作業ならびにマシンオペレーション業務
• ＱＣサークル活動、リーン活動、５Ｓ活動、ＫＹＫ活動などによる改善業務

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• 高校卒業以上で、機械、化学の知識があること

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 健康・体力に自信のある方
• 土・日勤務および、交代勤務（深夜勤務）ができる方
• チームによる作業業務および改善業務で必要なコミュニケーションが取れる方

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• 製造現場作業者ならびにリーダー経験者
• ＱＣ活動など改善活動経験者
• 玉掛け、クレーン、フォークリフト運転資格及び危険物乙種4類などの資格
