  • Provide leadership across multiple shifts, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management for a large team

  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through structured problem-solving, data-driven decisions, and cost and efficiency management

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing or operational experience in a leadership capacity.

  • Engineering/Operations Degree or 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams in a production or manufacturing environment.

  • Experience operating, troubleshooting, and improving high-speed packaging lines and packaging equipment (e.g., cappers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, conveyors).

  • Ability to drive results through engagement, structure, and accountability.

  • Exposure to World Class Manufacturing, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing/shipping environment, including accurate transaction processing and reporting (e.g., production confirmations, inventory movements, batch/lot traceability, shipping documentation, and cycle count adjustments); SAP experience a plus.
