What will you do?
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CAD tools, processes, and best practices.
- Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis related to design, modeling, and system integration challenges.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to support ALPHA and BETA testing phases.
- Drive continuous improvement in CAD workflows, support processes, and system performance.
- Manage and resolve technical escalations, providing advanced-level support and guidance.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and team members, fostering knowledge sharing and capability building.
- Ensure all designs and activities comply with cybersecurity, quality, and safety standards.
- Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, standards, and guidelines.
- Participate in design reviews and provide expert recommendations to enhance product quality and reliability.
What we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in CAD engineering or related technical roles.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, Creo, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex engineering/design issues.
- Experience working in product development environments, including testing phases (Alpha/Beta).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, safety standards, and compliance requirements in engineering systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
