We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Commerce Developer. We are seeking candidates with experience working with SFRA based implementations on client projects, including installing, configuring, and developing custom code for SFCC. You will be involved in developing custom cartridges, controllers, middleware events and pages/components using Page Designer.
The candidate must be able to work with and communicate designs to other developers and support them in delivering solutions utilising SFCC features.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the development of custom code for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations, specifically within an SFRA-based architecture.
- Design and implement custom cartridges, controllers, middleware events, and pages/components utilizing Page Designer for SFCC projects.
- Lead the development and implementation of integrations between SFCC and 3rd party systems, including using LINK partner cartridges and creating custom solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Salesforce Commerce Cloud developers across all experience levels.
- Apply full-stack development expertise, including HTML, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks, to build robust SFCC solutions.
- Install and configure Salesforce Commerce Cloud environments for various client projects.
- Communicate complex technical designs and solutions effectively to fellow developers and project stakeholders.
- Actively participate in an Agile development team, contributing to iterative development cycles and ceremonies.
- Leverage strong knowledge of Open Commerce API (OCAPI) for advanced SFCC development and integration tasks.
- Stay informed on the latest developments and best practices within the Salesforce partner community and Xchange.
What we want from you:
- Experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer (Demandware)
- Ideally you will also have experience with working with and mentoring commerce cloud developers of all levels
- Extensive experience as a full-stack developer, experience including solid experience in HTML, CSS3 and strong modern JavaScript framework knowledge
- Experience of integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud to other platforms through LINK partner cartridges and custom integrations
- Experience of working within an Agile team
- Good exposure to Salesforce partner community and Xchange
- Strong exposure to OCAPI (Open Commerce API)
- Experience in leading development of integrations between SFCC and 3rd party systems
- Experience with SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture)

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines.
