PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Procurement Officer M/F/D. What if it was you?

Your mission:  As our future Procurement Officer, you will be integrated into the Procurement team and support the team on a wide variety of tasks. You'll be involved in the entire purchasing lifecycle, from supplier creation, through sourcing and contracting, to Procure to Pay activities.  

Be a part of our team where you will: 

  • Take the lead on strategic sourcing activities (RFP)

  • Perform spend analysis and define cost reduction strategies 

  • Build category management roadmap for categories under management

  • Suggests ways of optimizing processes and policies

  • Support Procurement database daily update

  • Perform contract reviews and negotiate with suppliers 

Let’s talk about you. If you are/have

  • You have a master's degree specialised in Procurement/Supply chain ;

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a Procurement function

  • Experience in IT purchasing categories will be considered as an advantage 

  • You are looking for a challenging and dynamic environment;

  • You are fully proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel Skills are mandatory);

  • A previous professional role where you dealt with an ERP system will be considered as an advantage;

  • You speak fluent French and English;

  • You are dynamic, you know how to work independently and you are good with numbers;

  • You are a team player and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
