About the role
Job Overview
In this role you will work with a portfolio of corporate customers on their foreign exchange and payments requirements to achieve set business goals. You will actively engage with them to bring Convera’s services to bear on their business needs.
Responsibilities
- Customer relationship management
- Discovering the customers’ FX, hedging, and payments requirements and ensuring that they have access to Convera’s best in market suite of FX and payments solutions.
- Booking FX deals for corporate customers
- Staying on top of the FX markets
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Foreign Exchange Sales or Dealing is required to be considered for the role
- Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships
- Comfortable on the phone with corporate customers
- Pro-active in finding new relationships and opportunities
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline
- Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident
Preferred Qualifications [Optional]
Below are nice-to-have qualifications, but not required:
- Familiarity with FX derivatives
- Understanding of credit management framework
- Ability to understand and analyze companies’ financial statements
- Registered under the MAS Representative Notification Framework
