We are currently recruiting Stock Operations Supervisor for our Fashion and Boutique in Perth. This position is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will manage and support the back of house whilst coordinating the stock management processes and supporting the facilities services for the boutique. The Stock Operations Supervisor is responsible for the flow of merchandise from the Distribution Centre to and from the Boutique including receiving, unpacking, processing, organising, transferring, and storing products. You will also play a key role in looking after the quality of all CHANEL product/s and to elevate overall quality control.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Manage stock deliveries and transfers in/out from the network and check deliveries for accuracy and verify against invoices.

  • Conduct quality control checks on deliveries, assessing product concerns if necessary.

  • Lead the organization and management of stock takes for the Boutique and manage weekly cycle counts across various product categories.

  • Track and document stock accurately, maintaining compliance with inventory levels and preventing out-of-stock situations.

  • Provide daily accounting and documentation through cycle counts and manage required stock takes.

  • Optimize Boutique operations through best practices in inventory storage and stock control; seek innovative solutions.

  • Serve as a super user for MYBOS Facilities software, overseeing system development, training users, and managing updates.

  • Oversee point-of-sale materials, packaging, stationery, and fragrance orders to maintain desired inventory levels.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Previous experience in stock control/logistics gained within the retail industry. 

  • Knowledge of and interest in the luxury fashion industry.

  • Administrative experience including Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Demonstrated experience in handling high volume administration tasks;

  • Knowledge of retail buildings, maintenance and health & safety is desirable

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Demonstrated understanding of basic security functions & systems
