Job's mission

You will lead our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, delivering accurate, consistent, and high-quality transactional finance services that support ASM’s global growth. This role drives operational excellence through standardization, automation, and data-driven improvements, ensuring our shared services function scales with the company’s ambitions. With your leadership, we will continue strengthening our controls, elevating service delivery, and building a modern Finance Shared Services organization that partners closely with the business.

What you will be working on

Lead AP and AR end-to-end service delivery, ensuring invoices, payments, billing, collections, disputes, and cash application are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
Build, coach, and empower high-volume transactional teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation to reduce manual effort and optimize system usage, especially within SAP.
Partner with IT and transformation teams to enhance ERP capabilities, workflow design, and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen cross-functional outcomes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, audit expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Support the Director, Finance Shared Services, in advancing the maturity, scalability, and effectiveness of the shared services organization.
