The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Custom Smile Solution – Digital Dental Designer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Design dental restorations for custom dental products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish treatment protocols and guidelines for custom dental products.
• Ensure compliance with design criteria: Adhere to internal design guidelines and quality standards to maintain consistency and accuracy in all restorations.
• Lead and /or participate in special projects as requested.
• Providing support to the team, to ensure excellent customer experience and optimal clinical outcomes.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in dental design utilizing 3Shape software, with a focus on designing dental restorations, primarily veneers, as well as digital models.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Dental Lab Technician, with demonstrated work in full‑service dental laboratory settings beyond centralized design centers.
• Intermediate English Level (B2+)
• Ability to interpret dental and orthodontic prescriptions, patient records, and digital scan data using the 3Shape Dental and Ortho Systems.
• Proficiency in designing custom digital dental restorations in 3Shape that meet functional, aesthetic, clinical, and material requirements specified by prescribing doctors.

Work location

Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Belen, Heredia at least 1 day per week)
