Alphega, serbest eczacıların kendilerini ve eczanelerini geleceğe taşıması adına kurulmuş bir eczane danışmanlık hizmet konseptidir. Kuruluş amacı, örnek oluşturacak bağımsız bir eczane modeli geliştirerek Avrupa’daki toplumların sağlık kalitesinin artmasına katkıda bulunmaktadır. Alphega, bugün Türkiye’nin 25 ilinde 650’den fazla eczaneye hizmet vermektedir ve eczacıları ortak bir platformda buluşturan bir hizmet konseptidir. Misyonu, geliştirdiği geleceğe yön verecek örnek eczane modeli ile toplumların sağlık kalitesinin artmasına katkıda bulunmaktır. Bu yönde Eczanelere sunulan danışmanlık hizmeti kapsamında eczacı ve eczane ekibine eğitim programları, perakende ve pazarlama aktiviteleri, satış, tanzim/teşhir uygulama ve kategori yönetimi gibi konularda profesyonel destek sağlanmaktadır.
Şirketimizin genel merkez Alphega Direktörlüğü bünyesinde, Ordu lokasyonunda görevlendirilmek üzere,
Lisans mezunu,
Satış alanında en az 5 yıl tecrübeli,
Tercihen ilaç, sağlık ve perakende sektörlerinde deneyimli,
Proje yönetim tecrübesine sahip,
B sınıfı sürücü ehliyeti olan ve aktif araç kullanabilen,
Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
Ordu ikamet eden, edebilecek olan,
“Alphega Danışmanı” aranmaktadır.
İŞ TANIMI
Alphega Türkiye satış stratejisinin geliştirilmesine katkıda bulunmak ve bu stratejinin sağlanmasından sorumlu olmak,
Verdiği hizmetler aracılığıyla Alphega Türkiye’nin üye eczacılarına rehberlik ederek İş Danışmanı görevini yürütmek,
Alphega Türkiye'nin hem ilaç dışı hem de perakende operasyonlarının yürütülmesini sağlamak,
Üyeler arasında en iyi uygulamaların, fikir ve önerilerin paylaşılmasından, üye ağlarının desteklenmesini sağlamak gibi görevlerden sorumlu olacaktır.
