••Provides support to the Product Management team, with a high attention to detail

••Product strategy and roadmap for deep integrations with Microsoft ecosystem products including Microsoft Partner Center integration, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Teams

•• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings

•• May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members

•• Defines and drives the business plan, strategy, and positioning of the products to align to corporate growth strategy

•• Collaborates to discover solutions to identified problems, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out the value of your solution in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative•• Proactively identifies market opportunities and performs analysis to understand the competitive landscape, trends, and emerging opportunities

•• Interacts with customers and prospects to define market requirements and communicates the needs to the development team

•• Monitors product performance to evaluate adoption rates, user experience, and production issues

•• Prioritizes the product backlog in conjunction with overall business and partner needs

•• Represents ConnectWise in all partner engagements, events, conferences, and other venues

Mandatory Skills: Product strategy and roadmap for deep integrations with Microsoft ecosystem products including Microsoft Partner Center integration, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Teams

Experience: 3-5 Years IT Product Experience including 2 Years in Microsoft.

Work Location: Pune candidates willing to relocate can also apply.

Work Type: Hybrid Thrice a week from Hinjewadi Phase II office

Notice Period: Maximum 2 months serving NP or immediate joiners will be preferred.
