To support the Business Development teams with the day to day management and administration in order to maximise the revenue potential for BSI.
1) Manage in-bound leads from the Business Development Team to develop a solid pipeline for the sales team.
2) Manage the Business Development email inbox and phone line responding to enquiries within the agreed time-frame.
3) Understand the Business Development process to assist and to proactively seek new business opportunities as requested.
4) Use relevant sales and marketing collateral to illustrate how a range of BSI products meet a range of customer needs and ensure these are communicated to Business Developers and available for them to use.
5) Accurately record information in the CRM system for the sales team and be able to run reports to support Business Development activities.
