REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES

Escolaridad: Diversificado completo
Experiencia: 1 a 2 años en puestos operativos o de servicio al cliente (tiendas, retail, inventarios, facturación o preparación de productos)
Conocimientos técnicos:
Manejo básico de computadora y Excel; SAP o sistemas de facturación e inventario (deseable)
Preparación de colores, manejo de inventarios, cierre de caja y manejo de valores

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Operación de inventario y producto: Ejecutar inventarios cíclicos, recepcionar y registrar producto en sistema, preparar colores conforme a especificaciones del cliente y reportar diferencias o incidencias al Jefe de Tienda.
Atención al cliente y ventas de mostrador: Apoyar al Jefe de Tienda en el asesoramiento a clientes, seguimiento a cotizaciones y entregas, prospección de nuevos clientes y soporte a otros puntos de venta.
Administración y actividades secundarias: Apoyar en cierre de caja, caja chica, cobros, revisión de cartera, liquidaciones, análisis de consumo y seguimiento a proyectos conforme a lineamientos del Jefe de Tienda.
Orden, limpieza y seguridad: Mantener el punto de venta organizado y en condiciones seguras; identificar actos inseguros, revisar señalizaciones y reportar oportunamente cualquier riesgo para colaboradores, clientes o instalaciones.
