What You Will Do *
- The role will lead Manufacturing Engineering for Avionics Operations- Electronics
- Lead a team of Engineers mentoring, training, managing performance and Daily trouble shooting.
- Should have experience in Aerospace industry and standards,
- Should have experience in Electronics Manufacturing and Testing ,FMEA, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing ,Six Sigma ,SPC, Tool and Jigs.
- Designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and workflows to increase productivity.
- Overseeing the installation of new equipment, production line expansions, and the introduction of new products (NPI).
- Driving Lean initiatives, Reducing Waste, and ensuring compliance with Safety (EHS) and Quality standards.
- Managing capital projects, equipment installation, and new product introductions (NPD) from concept to production.
Qualifications You Must Have
- BE with Electronics with 10 to 15 Years
