Purpose

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Office Manager to be the face of Divergent Technologies. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, welcome guests, support employee needs, and help ensure our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Role

  • Be a primary, cross-functional point of contact for physical security support 
  • Prioritize responding to time sensitive physical security related requests and incidents. 
  • Own the visitor management process, to include screening visitor requests, checking them in when they arrive, and ensuring visitors (customers, partners and contractors) only access required areas. 
  • Assist with administration and day-to-day management of cloud-based applications including but not limited to Brivo and Sign in Solutions. 
  • In collaboration with security leadership and the facilities team, maintain and troubleshoot physical security infrastructure (fencing, cameras, badge readers etc). 
  • Greet and check in visitors, vendors, and candidates in a warm, professional manner 
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area 
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of conference rooms and shared office spaces 
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries 
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, such as issuing new hire badges and preparing new hire welcome materials 
  • Support office operations, including supply inventory, catering coordination, and event logistics 
  • Provide general administrative support to departments, as needed 

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls  
  • 1+ year of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, tech-focused environment 
  • High level of discretion and reliability; able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality 
  • Strong experience with calendar management tools like Outlook or Google Calendargomachine learningaidataproduct
