Project Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts for all project phases of individual delivery for small to medium size projects. Each day, you will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, revenues, cash in/out, as well as risks and opportunities. You will also showcase your expertise by monitoring, reporting, and managing deviations proactively.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in San Luis Potosi.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Releasing and Closing production orders according to the production master plan.
Monitoring production order costs.
Analyzing production order control and maintenance to align planned schedules with actual schedules.
Supervising low complexity project execution and performance with well-maintained schedule, cost, cash and risk planning of the individual project.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
1+ years experience in project support / planning in manufacturing industry
Advanced English
Applied experience in order handling and follow up on costumer requirements, product and production order scheduling. (Required)
Excel knowledge, SAP or similar ERP system experience (Power BI knowledge desirable)
Knowledge of Electric systems and electrical equipment desirable
