Senior Sales Engineer - HVAC, Service

What you will do
The Senior Sales Engineer will be directly reporting to Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi Aftermarket. You will part of team responsible for driving the growth of business for Aftermarket division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on HVAC.

You will be concentrating on converting our current installation base business into Aftermarket business, growing our market share with new business customers in the region. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate business from running HVAC installation base.

How you will do it
As an Experienced Sales Professional you have a complexity knowledge of HVAC system and you will use your expertise and experience in HVAC Service industry to generate business through AMC offerings including preventive, predictive maintenance, and all types of recommended repair jobs in Abu Dhabi market. You will be also responsible for to suggest new insights for site improvements to our existing customers or any new customer who has active installation base.

You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You will exhibit your expertise and ability to close business opportunities with core Services segment.

What we look for
Required 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC aftermarket/ aftersales business for HVAC portfolio within GCC region

• Expertise in HVAC Service offering with major focus on Chiller systems

• Proficiency in generating new business from running HVAC installation base and generating new business

• Proven track record of Sales achievements

• Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.

• Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment.

• Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment

• Determined, results driven, strong sales drive

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Valid UAE Driving License
