This role is vital for the receiving, distributing and despatch of material around the UK as well as globally. This role is varied and includes forklift driving, towing, driving company vehicles, SAP transactions &use of supplier’s systems.
What you will be doing
As a Stores Operator your key accountabilities will include:
- Goods inwards - receiving and offloading deliveries and marshalling these in the appropriate receiving areas
- Despatch - loading of shipments including engines, hardware, and modules
- Transport - material movements around site to support in-shop engine build and repair
- Work will be carried out in an organised and structured manner and processes adhered to in line with company policies and regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role you will require
- Driving license essential
- Essential to this semi-skilled role are good interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, perseverance and initiative/self-motivation to meet the demands encountered in an operations facility
- The ability to work as part of a team and provide support to other team members as and when required to perform a range of tasks
