What You'll Be Doing

• Support daily plant and site operations to ensure safe, efficient material handling and production
• Perform general cleanup and housekeeping to maintain an organized, hazard‑free work area
• Assist equipment operators and maintenance personnel as needed
• Monitor work areas and report safety, equipment, or operational concerns promptly
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines to help maintain a safe workplace

• Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or outdoor environment
• Strong awareness of surroundings with a proactive safety mindset
• Dependable, team‑oriented approach with the ability to follow instructions
• Physical capability to perform labor‑intensive tasks throughout the workday

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
