Responsibilities:

• Implementation and continuous improvement of the Reliability Action Plan for mechanical seals at customer facilities (Tarragona)
• On-site support for assessment, diagnosis, and installation of mechanical seals
• Execution and monitoring of scheduled equipment inspection routes within the plant
• Conducting root cause analyses of recurring failures to improve MTBR
• Maintenance of documentation and tracking in contract or management systems
• Monitoring of critical equipment (“bad actors”) and development of corrective actions
• Preparation of structured inspection and condition reports

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven experience with pumps, mechanical seals, and instrumentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in failure analysis
• Experience in industrial environments or maintenance operations is an advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
