Job Summary
Covers various analyst roles within Supply Chain (Customer, Supply Chain, Logistics Data Analysts), with differentiation made by Business/Position title in Work Day. Prepares and reports standard metrics, conducting data mining and analysis to drive improvement programs.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Owns the data required for the KPIs and the related KPI reports/Dashboards.
• Drive the Supply Chain strategy on finished goods within the relevant the commodity team which consists of representatives from supply chain, procurement, and component engineering
• Drive the weekly forecast and supply confirmation process for finished goods with relevant suppliers, securing maximum material availability at lowest exposure / costs and risks
• Drive structural improvement processes in finished goods Supply Management
• Manage lead times and lead time accuracy with suppliers
• Define and drive for the right Supply Chain KPI’s and performance targets at suppliers
• Create and manage Logistics agreements with relevant suppliers
• Support supplier selection, auditing, and development from the Supply Chain function
• Responsible to resolve global shortages with suppliers and if needed by escalation management and by the global scarcity allocation process
• Manage global excess PO/stock including provision & settlement process with outsourcing suppliers
• Secure stakeholder management, reporting, information sharing and escalation
Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or logistics management, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, ASCM, CSCP or CPIM) or Data Analytics (e.g., CAP) is highly is an advantage
