About the role
Job Description:
The Head of Training Operations is responsible for execution of all pilot and technician training contracts, including complex training solutions (up to flight operations) supporting customers during their Entry Into Service and for direct sale-contracts.
Contract Execution: Develop and execute a contract delivery strategy that aligns with corporate financial targets and global customer satisfaction metrics.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement..
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs such as but not limited: operational results, customer satisfaction, safety. capacity)
Drive effective alignment and harmonization of processes, reporting, and systems with Central functions and Organisation
Governance: Lead regular operational "drumbeats" (reviews) to ensure departmental alignment with strategic objectives and performance targets for both suppliers and customers.
