Available Shift:

  • 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday - Thursday (Starting pay for this role is $29.05 + $1.00 shift premium)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to lead and train technical employees to Utilize Preventive Maintenance as the Proactive means of controlling Machine Up/Down Time. 

  • Follow proper safety guidelines and demonstrate lockout/tagout  

  • Perform routine oil filtration / oil removal and filter change on all equipment at the HPMP Facility. 

  • Practice Oil Analysis Management for all required equipment.  

  • Knowledge of the basic principles on how the machinery/equipment/ tools work. 

  • Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor). 

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. 

  • Skilled & knowledge of electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic components and troubleshoot on the problem all HPMP equipment. 

  • Skilled & knowledge in performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control of CNC machines 

  • Skilled & knowledge in PM programs and importance of accurate and timely PM tasks 

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to coordinate multiple efforts at once

  • Ability to prioritize rapidly and be decisive

  • Ability to use hand and power tools, as well as operate mobile equipment

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Industrial Maintenance degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school or 10 years related experience

  • Ability to train all technical personnel on how to work safely on all HPMP equipment

Summary Pay Range:

$29.05 - $36.25
