PRIMARY FUNCTION:To be present at the front desk of the assigned building during your shift to facilitate tenant needs and monitor visitors to the building.
Job Description
- Receive Short Term tenants on a daily, weekly, monthly basis (Martin Hall).
- To be Tenant/Guest Customer Service oriented at all times.
- Maintain all desk logs accurately and appropriately.
- Receive and distribute USPS and Jefferson University mail to tenant mailboxes. Log and distribute package deliveries to tenants.
- Receive and record all tenant request/complaints maintenance /custodial requests to through the proper methods
- Record all apartment/room keys distributed during shift on StarRez.
- Conduct all move-in/move-out desk procedures within StarRez as outlined in office procedures.
- Adhere to emergency procedures and provide incident/ fire safety reports when applicable.
- Enforce all security policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
