Job Description:

Brand Manager leads development and execution of the brand plans to drive company growth and profit. What are we looking for? University Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Brand Management Solid experience in brand marketing in international FMCG companies (minimum 2 years) Experience in Brand Manager role not less than 1,5 years Good analytical, presentation and communication skills Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time Fluent What will be your key responsibilities? Develop and deploy long-term and short-term strategy to drive portfolio Lead annual marketing plan Develop activation strategies, communication and promotion plan, pricing strategy, new product launches and distribution priorities Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of products Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, client behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products What can you expect from Mars?
